who is 3Across? 3Across was founded by Jenn Anderson, an independent consultant specializing in user experience strategy, design and research. With a background in information design and traditional graphic design, Jenn has worked with the communication industry's leading innovators. Whether online or in print, she is always concerned with helping consumers find information, learn about a product or complete a transaction as easily as possible. process Good design begins with understanding your audience and working with users throughout the development process to continually get feedback. Jenn uses prototyping and user research methods, such as interviews, collaborative design and usability testing to understand audience needs and continually tweak the product.
